Tai Chi and Qigong exercises are known to provide beneficial improvements to  overall health, including balance and falls prevention, high blood pressure, pain reduction, cardivascular health,sleep quality,immune function, stress releif, and mood.

Beginning at 10:00 New Zealand, continuing time zone to time zone around the world: push a healing wave of energy.
